1200°C, 1500°C & 1700°C - Elevator Hearth Chamber Furnaces

The BEB model is a versatile ruggedly constructed bottom loading furnace which provides good operator access during loading/unloading of components. The furnace can be designed to allow the hearth to be either fixed or detachable. In the detachable design format a two hearth/two trolley system is normally employed which allows one hearth to be loaded while the other hearth is in the furnace being processed. This format can significantly improve production cycle time.

The BEB range offers temperature processing capability from 700°C through to 1700°C. Applications covered include sintering of Engineering Ceramics, Metals Heat Treatments and Glass Melting and Processing.
