1700°C & 1800°C - Elevator Hearth Furnace The BEB elevator hearth furnace is a compact bench mounted unit, with fast hearth ascent/decent making it ideally suited to rapid heating/load transfer applications such as glass melting. All instrumentation and control gear is housed in a separate free standing console.
Choice of electric or pneumatic elevator drive mechanism.
4 side heating provides good temperature uniformity.
Heated by Molybdenum disilicide/Molybdenum tungsten disilicide elements.
Options
Ceramic liner for use where corrosive fumes are generated, or for use under protective atmospheres.
Flowmeters - for air or inert gases.
